Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 50 g Heavy cream
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 200 g shrimp (pre‑cooked)
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 8 slices toast bread
- Chives
Instructions

Whisk the eggs and cream together, season with salt and pepper, and cook in a non‑stick pan while stirring until thickened.

Fold in the shrimp and transfer to serving bowls. Halve the cherry tomatoes and arrange on top of the scrambled eggs.

Toast the bread slices, cut them into rounds, place on the dish, and garnish with chive stems.
