Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp milk
- salt (pepper)
- 1 onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- 5 tbsp white wine
- 50 g chorizo

Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the bell peppers in half, remove seeds, wash, slice into strips, then halve again.

Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onions and bell peppers until translucent.

Deglaze with wine and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Slice chorizo thinly, then dice it.

Whisk eggs and milk together, season with salt and pepper. Fold the chorizo into the vegetables, pour the egg mixture over, and let set.
