  • Salt
  • 100 g pizza tomatoes
  • 100 g Tex-Mex sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 150 g Gouda
  • 100 g pizza cheese
  • 100 g spicy sausages (Chorizo, thin slices)
  • 200 g Ground beef
  • 1 can small corn kernels
  • 1 small onion

Instructions

  1. 1.

Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well in the center. Crumble the yeast into some water, pour it into the well, dust with flour, cover and let rise for 15 minutes. Add the remaining water with salt and oil, knead into a smooth dough, cover and let rise at a warm place for 1 hour.

  2. 2.

Mix pizza tomatoes with Tex-Mex sauce, season with parsley, salt, and pepper. Cook the ground beef in 1 tbsp olive oil until browned, set aside.

  3. 3.

Oil two baking trays lightly. Knead the dough again, divide into halves, roll out into rounds, and place on the trays. Shape slightly thicker edges. Preheat oven to 250°C. Spread sauce over the dough, top with sausage slices, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with drained corn, finely chop onions and scatter over the pizza. Arrange beef chunks on top and cover generously with cheese.

  4. 4.

Bake the pizza in the hot oven for about 20-25 minutes, serve hot.
