Ingredients

  • 150 g low‑fat quark
  • Salt
  • 1 egg
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 2 cooked chicken breast fillets (from yesterday)
  • 2 onions (blue)
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tsp curry
  • 1 tbsp barbecue sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 200 g shredded pizza cheese

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C fan‑forced.

    Whisk the quark, salt and egg with a hand mixer. Add one tablespoon of oil at a time on high speed so it blends well with the quark. Sift in flour and baking powder, then knead with dough hooks until smooth and elastic.

    Shape the dough into two balls. On a floured surface roll each to match the size of a pizza pan.

    Mix crème fraîche with salt, pepper, barbecue sauce and curry; spread over the bases leaving a border. Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Dice the chicken and scatter on top. Peel the onions and cut into rings, then distribute over the pizza. Bake for 25‑30 minutes, remove and serve hot.
