Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 20 g yeast
  • 0.13 l lukewarm water
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • 100 g diced canned tomatoes
  • 200 g pizza cheese
  • 100 g salami

Instructions

    Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well in the center. Crumble the yeast into some water, pour it into the well, sprinkle with flour, cover and let rise for about 30 minutes. Add the remaining water with salt and oil, then knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 220°C fan.

    Oil the pizza pan lightly.

    Knead the dough again, roll it out thickly, and place it in the pan, forming a thick edge. Drizzle the dough with oil. Spread the tomatoes over the dough, sprinkle with cheese, top with salami slices, and bake in the hot oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
