Ingredients
- 1 handful of young spinach
- 1 honeydew melon
- 250 g ripe cherry tomatoes
- 50 g roasted pine nuts
- 50 g young Gorgonzola
- 150 g Sour cream
- 50 g whipping cream
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Wash, rinse and dry spinach. Halve the melon, core it, cut into wedges, peel, and dice the flesh. Wash and pat dry tomatoes, mix with pine nuts and melon pieces in glasses, garnish with spinach.

Blend all sauce ingredients in a blender until smooth, season with salt and pepper. If the sauce is too thick, add a little milk.

Pour the sauce over the salads and serve.
