Ingredients

  • 300 g watermelon
  • 200 g honeydew
  • 200 g muskmelon
  • 3 stalks mint
  • 4 tbsp dark balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

    Pit the melons and use a melon baller to create small melon balls from the flesh. Wash, dry, and roughly chop the mint leaves. Mix the mint with the balsamic vinegar, melon balls, and powdered sugar, then marinate for 30 minutes. Serve in champagne glasses filled with the mixture.
