- 200 g Gorgonzola
- 1 honeydew melon
- 3 EL olive oil
- 1 EL sherry vinegar
- 2 EL orange juice
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- basil (for garnish)
Instructions

Whisk sherry vinegar, olive oil, orange juice, salt and pepper into a salad dressing.

Halve the melon, remove seeds and dice the flesh.
