Ingredients
- 0.5 small Charentais melon (chilled)
- 0.5 small Cantaloupe melon (chilled)
- 1 honeydew melon (chilled)
- 250 ml sparkling water or champagne
- 1 bunch mint
- Sugar to taste
- violet flower for garnish
Instructions

Halve the melons, remove seeds, cut into wedges and peel. Roughly chop and combine with the sparkling water or champagne in a blender.

Wash the mint, pluck leaves from stems except a few for garnish. Blend everything finely and season with sugar. Pour into bowls and serve garnished with mint and edible violet flowers.
