Melon Punch

A refreshing bowl of melon made with fresh ingredients from the tropical fruit category. Try this and other recipes from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 400 g honeydew melon
  • 400 g cantaloupe melon
  • 400 g watermelon
  • 100 ml peppermint liqueur
  • 2 Lime
  • 2 tbsp sugar syrup
  • 3 bottles Prosecco (700 ml each)
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    Pit the melons and use a melon baller to scoop small balls. Mix the mint liqueur with the melon balls in a large bowl and let rest for about 1 hour.

    Squeeze the limes. Add lime juice and sugar syrup to the melon balls. Just before serving, top with chilled Prosecco. Garnish with fresh mint.
