Herbal Tea

Ingredients
- 2 tsp hops flowers
- 1 tbsp lemon balm (roughly chopped)
- 1 tbsp valerian flower
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon balm
- 1 tbsp fresh peppermint

- 1 tsp dried elderflower
- 1 tsp dried red sunflower
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp dried linden flower

Steep herbs in 250 ml hot water. Let steep for 10 min, strain through a sieve and sweeten with honey if desired.
