Ingredients

  • 1 l low‑calcium water
  • 4 tsp green tea
  • 2 tbsp fresh peppermint (or bergamot mint)
  • brown sugar to taste

Instructions

    Bring the water to a boil and let it cool to 70°C. Steep the green tea in the pot with the water for 5–10 minutes (for the dark color). Add the mint in the last 2 minutes. Strain the tea and mix with sugar to taste. Pour the tea back into the glasses and then back into the pot repeatedly to cool and create foam.
