- 2 Kiwis
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 cup full‑fat yogurt
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp sugar

Peel the kiwis, remove the cores, and blend the flesh; mix with sugar and lemon juice.
