Melon Cookie Porridge with Oatmeal

The melon cookie porridge with oatmeal provides babies with various B vitamins, including pantothenic acid.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole grain butter cookies
  • 15 g instant oats (2 tbsp)
  • 100 g watermelon (pure flesh)
  • 1 tsp Rapeseed oil

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Bring 100 ml water to a boil in a small pot. In the meantime place the cookies in a freezer bag and crush them finely with a rolling pin.

    Stir the cookie crumbs with the oats into the boiling water and remove from heat.

  3. 3.

    Pit the melon, dice the flesh and lightly mash it with a fork.

  4. 4.

    Fold the melon puree and oil into the porridge and let it cool slightly.
