Treat your baby with the pumpkin‑potato cod puree from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 100 g Hokkaido pumpkin flesh
  • 50 g potatoes
  • 30 g cod
  • 1 tbsp apple juice
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil

Instructions

    Clean and wash the pumpkin flesh thoroughly. Peel, rinse, and cut the potatoes into small pieces along with the pumpkin. Wash the cod, pat dry, and cut into small chunks.

    Place the pumpkin, potatoes, and cod in a pot with a little water and simmer for 10–15 minutes over medium heat.

  3. 3.

    Blend the cooked pumpkin, potatoes, and cod together with the apple juice. Stir in the rapeseed oil. If the puree is too thick, add a bit more water. Check the temperature before feeding.
