Apple‑Milk Baby Puree

A gentle introduction for your baby to transition from bottle to solid foods.

Ingredients

  • 200 ml pasteurized milk (3.5% fat)
  • 20 g whole‑grain rice gel (2 Tbsp)
  • 1 tbsp apple juice

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Heat half the milk in a small saucepan. Whisk in the rice gel and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring, for 3 minutes.

    Remove from heat and stir in the remaining milk with the apple juice.

  3. 3.

    Pour the mixture into a baby bottle and screw on a nipple attachment.

  4. 4.

    Before feeding, check the temperature by placing a drop of the liquid on the back of your hand.
