Matcha Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 4 g Matcha tea powder
  • 1 tsp rapeseed honey
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 handful rapeseed blossoms (5 g each)

Instructions

    Pour matcha tea into a bowl and whisk 1-2 tablespoons of cold water with a matcha whisk or regular whisk. Heat 200 ml water to 80-90°C and pour over the tea. Stir vigorously until smooth, no clumps remain. Sweeten with rapeseed honey and chill for about an hour.

    Fill the matcha iced tea with ice cubes and serve garnished with rapeseed blossoms.
