Ingredients
- 1 heaping tablespoon freshly dried chamomile flowers (Roman chamomile)
- 200 ml water
- Chamomile flower (for garnish)
- Honey (for sweetening)
Instructions

Pour boiling water over the chamomile flowers, cover and let steep for about 5-10 minutes, then strain into a cup using a tea strainer.

Taste with honey and serve garnished with flowers.
