Ingredients

  • 1 heaping tablespoon freshly dried chamomile flowers (Roman chamomile)
  • 200 ml water
  • Chamomile flower (for garnish)
  • Honey (for sweetening)

Instructions

    Pour boiling water over the chamomile flowers, cover and let steep for about 5-10 minutes, then strain into a cup using a tea strainer.

    Taste with honey and serve garnished with flowers.

    Helps with stomach and intestinal ailments.

    Drink 3-4 cups of chamomile infusion between meals daily.
