Asian spiced tea from Spoonsparrow is easy to prepare and may have a positive effect on well-being.
Ingredients
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 6 cardamom pods
- 2 cloves
- 400 ml black tea (hot, freshly brewed)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 orange slices (unprocessed)

Bring the strained tea to a boil in a small pot with the halved cinnamon stick and remaining spices, then let it simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Stir in honey and pour into glasses.
