Ingredients
- 400 g mascarpone
- 100 g yogurt
- 0.5 lemon
- 50 g sugar
- 0.5 Vanilla pod
- 1 EL vanilla sugar
- 100 ml whipping cream (30% fat)
- 300 g apricots (or ripe peaches as substitute)
- 2 EL chopped almond kernels
- 40 ml apricot liqueur
- 200 g strawberries

Whisk mascarpone with yogurt until smooth. Squeeze the lemon and whisk together with sugar, vanilla sugar, and scraped vanilla pod until smooth. Whip cream to stiff peaks and fold in.

Wash apricots, halve, pit, and dice. Mix with almonds and liqueur. Wash strawberries, pat dry, clean, slice, mix with 1/4 of the apricot mixture, and distribute into four glasses. Top with mascarpone cream and finish with remaining apricots. Garnish with flowers and leaves and serve.
