Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 250 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 75 g oats
- 50 g whipped cream
- 1 Mango
- 2 tbsp pistachio nuts (15g each)
- 1 tbsp chopped almond kernels (15g)
Instructions

Peel the banana and mash it in a bowl with a fork, adding orange juice and maple syrup; mix well.

Fold in yogurt and oats, then chill for about 1 hour.

Beat the whipped cream stiff, fold into the banana mixture, and divide among four glasses.

Slice the remaining banana and cut the mango flesh into thin ribbons after removing the pit. Roughly chop pistachios and arrange them decoratively with the banana and mango slices on top of the dessert; sprinkle with almonds before serving.
