Ingredients
- 100 g dried mango
- 250 g marzipan base
- 1 tbsp honey
- 125 g ground almonds
- 2 tbsp rose water
- 150 g coconut flakes
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 2 Tbsp whipping cream
Instructions
-
1.
Pour the mangos with about 200 ml hot water and let them steep for about 2 hours. Then squeeze out the liquid well and roughly chop. Combine the chopped mangoes with the crumbled marzipan, honey, almonds, and rose water in a blender and puree finely. Transfer to a bowl and fold in coconut flakes until a soft, moldable dough forms. Shape small pralines from this mixture and place them into molds.

2.
Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt it over a double boiler with the cream. Let it cool slightly and drizzle some of the melted chocolate over the pralines as desired.

3.
Garnish with violet flowers if you wish.
