Ingredients

  • 125 g soft butter
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 100 g marzipan bulk
  • ½ vanilla bean
  • 2 tbsp orange liqueur
  • 35 g coconut flakes
  • 50 g grated couverture chocolate
  • 150 g cornstarch
  • 50 g flour
  • powdered sugar
  • cocoa powder

Instructions

    Whisk the butter until soft and smooth. Add powdered sugar, marzipan bulk, vanilla seed, orange liqueur, coconut flakes, and grated couverture chocolate. Mix cornstarch and flour together, fold lightly into the batter, then stir to form a dough.

    Shape the dough into walnut‑size balls. Place them on a parchment‑lined baking sheet with ample spacing, then press each slightly flat with a fork.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 12–15 minutes. Let cool on the tray, then dust first with powdered sugar and finally with cocoa powder.
