Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • 200 g sesame seeds
  • 5 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 50 g ground almond kernels
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 50 g peeled almond kernels
  • oil (for the pan)

Instructions

    Dissolve the coffee in 2 tbsp water.

    Grind the sesame seeds finely in a blender. Knead together the honey, powdered sugar, ground almonds, dissolved coffee and oil until a smooth, firm, glossy dough forms. Finally fold in the peeled almonds and press the mixture into a shallow oiled pan (about 1 cm thick). Chill for at least 1 hour. Remove from the pan, cut into pieces and serve.
