Ingredients

  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 2 untreated lemons
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash fish, pat dry, season with salt and pepper. Peel garlic and slice thinly. Squeeze one lemon. Wash parsley, finely chop and mix with lemon juice, garlic and olive oil.

    Place swordfish slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with the lemon marinade. Let sit for 30 minutes, then bake at 180°C (350°F) under and over heat for about 15 minutes until golden brown, turning once during cooking.

    Slice a second lemon into wedges and thin strips and garnish the fish with them before serving.
