Ingredients

  • 175 g smoked mackerel
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 75 g cucumber
  • 1 tsp pickled green peppercorns
  • Salt

Instructions

    Remove skin and all bones from the mackerel, then flake into pieces. Blend with sour cream and lemon juice until smooth.

    Peel the cucumber, halve it, and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Dice the cucumber very finely.

    Drain and chop the peppercorns, then mix them with the diced cucumber into the mackerel cream. Season gently with salt.
