Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe mangoes
  • 1 Lime
  • Ice cubes
  • 100 ml pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    Peel the mangoes, cut the flesh away from the pit, dice, place in a shallow dish and chill for about 30 minutes.

    Thinly peel some zest from the lime. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice. Combine the mango cubes, lime juice, ice cubes, and pineapple juice in a blender. Add honey and blend until smooth; if needed, add a splash of cold water.

    Pour the smoothie into two glasses and garnish with strips of lime zest.
