Passionfruit Smoothie with Papaya and Parsley

Ingredients
- 0.5 Pineapple
- 1 Papaya
- 4 passion fruits
- 1 Lime (juice)
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 handful parsley

Peel the pineapple, cut out the tough core, and divide the flesh into large pieces. Peel the papaya, halve it, scoop out the seeds, and roughly chop the flesh as well. Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp. Sift through a fine sieve to remove the seeds. Combine the pulp with the pineapple, papaya, lime juice, and sugar in a blender. Rinse the parsley, shake dry, pluck the leaves, and add them to the fruit mixture. Blend until smooth. Add cold water as needed.
