Ingredients

  • 20 ml Cointreau
  • 60 ml white rum
  • 1 Lime
  • 10 ml Lime juice
  • 10 ml simple syrup
  • 10 ml almond syrup
  • pineapple chunks (cocktail cherry, mint)

Instructions

    Fill a large glass halfway with crushed ice.

  2. 2.

    Quarter the lime, squeeze over the glass and drop the lime pieces into the glass.

  3. 3.

    Shake the ingredients vigorously with ice in a shaker and strain through a bar strainer into the prepared glass, stirring with a bar spoon.

    Garnish the glass with pineapple, cocktail cherries and mint.
