Mango Smoothie with Arugula

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango
  • 40 g arugula
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 lemon
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 1 EL honey

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the pit and cut into cubes. Place in the freezer for about 20 minutes to chill.

    Wash, trim, and dry the arugula. Peel the bananas and slice them.

  3. 3.

    Squeeze the juice of the oranges and lemon, then blend with the banana slices, arugula, yogurt, honey, and mango cubes until smooth.

  4. 4.

    Add a splash of cold water if needed and serve in glasses.
