Ingredients
- 1 Mango
- 2 tbsp Orange juice
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 80 g rolled oats (whole grain)
- 40 g raisins
- 2 tbsp chopped almonds
- 40 g oat flakes
- 400 g yogurt (low-fat if desired)

Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the pit and cut into cubes. Mix with orange juice and honey.

Combine the oats with raisins, almonds, and oat flakes.

Fill about half of each glass with yogurt. Top with some mango cubes and a sprinkle of muesli, then repeat the process with the remaining ingredients, finishing with mango. Let it rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
