Ingredients

  • 2 mangos
  • 60 ml gin
  • 2 tbsp raw sugar
  • juice of half a lemon
  • optional 4 pieces dark chocolate

Instructions

    1. Peel the mangos, remove the flesh from the pit and cut into pieces. Blend finely with gin, sugar and lemon juice.

    2. Pour into a shallow dish and freeze. Stir every 15 minutes with a fork until a smooth sorbet forms, about 3 hours total.
