Ingredients

  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1 yellow-skinned apple
  • 200 g honeydew melon flesh
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Green Chili Pepper
  • 1 handful basil
  • 0.5 handful Arugula
  • 1 tbsp Sprouts

Instructions

    Peel the kiwis and slice them. Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the core, and cut the quarters into strips. Cut the honeydew flesh into pieces. Peel, pit, and cube the avocado. Wash the chili pepper and slice into rings. Wash and clean the basil and arugula. Rinse the sprouts in a sieve.

    Add all prepared ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add about 100 ml cold water if desired, pour into glasses, and serve.
