Mango Smoothie with Kiwi and Ginger

Ingredients

  • 15 g ginger (1 piece)
  • 1 Mango
  • 4 ripe kiwis
  • 8 oranges (including 1 organic)
  • 2 limes
  • 12 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Peel and grate the ginger. Peel the mango and kiwis, then dice the flesh.

  2. 2.

    Wash the organic orange, pat dry, halve it, slice into 8 rounds and set aside. Juice the remaining oranges and limes.

  3. 3.

    Combine ginger, mango, kiwi, orange and lime juice with ice cubes in a blender and puree until creamy.

  4. 4.

    Pour the drink into four glasses, garnish with orange slices, and serve immediately.
