Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 stalk mint
  • 50 g soft tofu
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 handful ice cubes
  • Salt
  • a splash apple cider vinegar
  • paprika powder (sweet)
  • Tabasco

Instructions

    Peel the carrots and cut them into pieces. If desired, cut a few sticks for garnish and set aside. Rinse the mint, shake dry, and pluck leaves. Blend together the carrots, tofu, sour cream, milk, and ice cubes until creamy. Add water as needed to reach desired consistency. Season with salt, vinegar, paprika powder, and Tabasco.

    Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve garnished with carrot sticks.
