Ingredients

  • 4 ripe mangoes
  • 100 ml Orange Juice
  • 200 g cream yogurt
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 handful mint
  • 6 lemongrass stalks (or wood sticks)

Instructions

    Peel the mangoes, cut the flesh from the pit and puree with a stick blender. Stir in the yogurt and sour cream, season with honey and lime juice, then fold in finely chopped mint leaves and orange juice so the mixture is not too thick.

    Distribute the mixture into popsicle molds, freeze for about 2 hours, then insert a lemongrass stalk into each center and continue freezing for another ~2 hours.
