Ingredients
- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 0.5 packet Baking powder
- 250 g flour
- 100 g Ground Almonds
- 50 ml milk
- 60 g whole almonds

Add butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt to a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time and continue beating for 3 minutes. Mix baking powder with flour and ground almonds and add, combining everything into a smooth batter.

Fill the batter into the pans, sprinkle some whole almonds on top and place on a baking rack.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (medium) for about 45 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 15 minutes before taking it out.
