Ingredients
- 80 g brown sugar
- 1 Orange (juice)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 2 mangoes

Bring the sugar with the orange juice, lemon juice, and coconut milk to a boil. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sugar is fully dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.

Peel the mangoes, cut the flesh away from the pit, and blend with the syrup in a blender until smooth. Finish the sorbet in an ice cream maker or pour into a shallow metal bowl, cover, and freeze for at least 4 hours. Stir vigorously with a fork every now and then while freezing.

To serve, scoop the sorbet into balls and optionally present them in paper cones.
