Ingredients

  • 800 g mango (2 mangos)
  • 100 g raspberries (frozen)

Instructions

    Peel the mangos, cut the flesh away from the pit and puree the flesh in a blender.

  2. 2.

    Mix the raspberries with the mango purée and fill 6 ice trays.

  3. 3.

    Place the trays in the freezer for at least 5 hours until the ice cream is fully frozen.
