Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangos
- 100 ml orange juice (juice of one orange)
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 40 g crème fraîche (2 tbsp)
- 250 g blueberries
- 20 g toasted coconut flakes (2 tbsp)
Instructions

Peel the mangos, remove the flesh from the pit and cut into small pieces. Blend mango flesh with orange juice, 1 tbsp lime juice, coconut milk, and crème fraîche until smooth.

Wash the blueberries, pat dry, and blend with remaining lime juice. Stir in 3–4 tbsp of mango puree.

First pour the blueberry mixture, then layer the mango mixture into eight ice molds. Freeze for about 1 hour. Sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes, insert wooden sticks, and freeze for another 3 hours. Release the pops from the molds before serving.
