Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 8 tbsp mango syrup (ready-made)
- 8 tbsp crushed ice
- 40 ml white rum

Peel the mangoes. Cut the flesh away from the pit and puree the flesh. Strain the mango purée through a fine sieve.

For each glass, mix 5 tbsp mango purée with 2 tbsp mango syrup, 2 tbsp crushed ice, and 1 cl rum. Serve in well-chilled longdrink glasses.
