Ingredients
- 250 g smoked mackerel fillet
- 150 g salad cucumber (1 piece)
- 2 large lettuce leaves
- 100 g cream cheese
- 2 tsp mustard
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- dill sprigs (for garnish)

Peel the fish and cut into strips. Peel the cucumber and slice into 0.5 cm thick rounds. Wash the lettuce, dry thoroughly and tear into smaller pieces if desired.

Toast the bread slices and spread each with cream cheese and mustard. Arrange lettuce and cucumber on top, lightly salt, then place mackerel strips. Sprinkle with pepper and garnish with dill sprigs before serving.
