Ingredients
- 0.5 thin baguette
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 6 tomatoes
- Salt
- 1 kg cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch Basil

Rub the bread slices with peeled and halved garlic cloves. Boil the tomatoes briefly, shock in cold water, peel, seed, and roughly chop. Roast the bread slices in the oven at 175°C for 5 minutes, top with tomatoes and season with salt.

Wash, dry, and arrange cherry tomatoes on a plate; spread the bruschetta over them and garnish with basil leaves.
