Ingredients

  • 1 kg lingonberries
  • 500 g jam sugar (2:1)

Instructions

    Wash the lingonberries, drain and rinse them. Add the jam sugar to the berries and let steep for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally. While stirring, heat in a pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes.

    Fill prepared jars with the mixture and seal tightly. Place on its side for 10 minutes, then turn upright and allow to cool.
