Ingredients
- 150 ml lime juice
- 3 tbsp grated lime zest (about 6-7 limes)
- 150 g sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- Ice cubes
- Lime slice

Pour the juice and zest into a bowl, add 300 ml water, cover and let steep overnight. In a pot, bring sugar with split vanilla pod and 300 ml water to a boil, then simmer gently for 10 minutes. Let the syrup cool slightly. Strain lime juice into a bowl, add the sugar syrup, mix well, pour into a bottle, and refrigerate.

For serving, place some lime slices and ice cubes in glasses and fill with lemonade
