Ingredients

  • 7 lemons
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 70 g honey
  • 700 ml cold mineral water

Instructions

    Squeeze the lemons. Peel the ginger and slice it thinly. Combine both with the honey and 200 ml water, bring to a boil once, remove from heat and let steep for about 15 minutes. Strain through a sieve and refrigerate for about an hour.

    Afterward pour in the mineral water and serve.
