Ingredients

  • 150 ml lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
  • 3 tbsp untreated grated lemon zest
  • 120 g sugar
  • 2 untreated lemons
  • 8 ice cubes

Instructions

    Pour the lemon juice and grated zest into a bowl, add 500 ml cold water, cover, and let steep overnight.

    Combine the sugar with 300 ml water to make a syrup, simmer until reduced, then cool. Strain the lemon mixture through a sieve into a bowl, add the syrup, stir well, and pour into four glasses. Wash the untreated lemons hot, slice thinly, distribute the slices and ice cubes in the glasses, and serve immediately with a stir stick.
