Ingredients

  • 150 ml lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
  • 120 g sugar
  • 2 untreated lemons
  • 8 ice cubes

Instructions

    Pour the lemon juice into a bowl, add 500 ml cold water and cover to steep overnight.

    Heat the sugar with 120 ml water, simmer for 5 minutes, then let cool. Strain the lemon juice into a pitcher, add the syrup, and stir well.
