Ingredients

  • 6 untreated lemons
  • 300 g sugar

Instructions

    Squeeze all lemons. Scoop out the juice from each half with a teaspoon and place in the freezer.

    Dissolve sugar in 400 ml lukewarm water. Add lemon juice. Pour everything into a bowl and freeze for 4 hours, stirring vigorously every hour (or use an ice cream maker). Before serving, remove the lemon halves from the freezer and fill them with sorbet. Serve on crushed ice.
