Ingredients
- 3 untreated lemons (zest)
- 6 lemons (juice)
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 2 egg whites
- candied lemon slice
Instructions

Fill lemon juice with 400 ml water, stir in powdered sugar until dissolved.

Whisk egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into the lemon mixture and zest, then pour into a shallow baking dish or metal bowl.

Place the mixture in the freezer for about 3 hours, stirring at least every hour.

Serve by scooping balls with an ice scoop and arranging on a plate with candied lemon slices.
